Hello!

My name is Nataliia, I’m 47 years old.  I’m a wife, a proud mother of three wonderful children, and a teacher by education.

For almost three years now, I’ve been living in Montreal with my children. We came to Canada seeking safety from the horrors of war. It has been a difficult journey — filled with both pain and hope.

I ran my own business — a windows and doors salon. It was my source of inspiration, energy, and a creative way to connect with people. 💼

My hobby has always been cooking — especially baking desserts. This passion has become my profession here in Canada.

I also discovered the world of fashion  — through the “Mix Models”school @mixmodelskv , where my children attended. I had the chance to take part in fashion shows and was deeply inspired by the school’s founder,  @elena__rudkovskaya. 

Who I represent:

I’m a proud member of the Ukrainian community in Montreal.

🔹 I work as a teacher at the Taras Shevchenko School under the cultural-educational organization “Oberih”

🔹 I perform in the theater “Stozhary”

🔹 I support various volunteer projects @mtlukiefest

🔹 I run an Instagram business page @svoyesvoyim.canada, that promotes Ukrainian brands in Canada (@wezel.ua , @charwish.com.ua) 

Why am I here?

Because after everything — the war, immigration, adaptation, and starting a new life in Canada — I realized how important it is to rediscover myself. Not just as a mom. Not just as an immigrant. But as a woman, a personality, a creative soul.

Participating in this contest is not just about appearance. It’s about inner strength and the journey to your true self.

I’m here because I want to show my children — and all women — that it’s never too late to start again. In any country. At any age. With any background. What matters most is believing in yourself.
